Goooooooooaaaaaaaallllll

Chasen has been playing Upwards Soccer this season-we are the Little Dragons! His first game was last week, and boy was that entertaining! 5 year old soccer players look more like a swarm of bees around the ball than athletes. And the near misses of the goal are heartbreaking yet funny at the same time! This week we played against the Little Cobras and CHASEN SCORED 2 GOALS!!!!! We were so excited! His reaction to the goals was priceless! You could see that he was happy but he hung his head like he was so humble about it and just shook it back and forth. It's like he was saying "Awwww shucks, it's not big deal!" We won the game again this week-but with Upwards noone really "wins". But we secretly keep score and we know that the Little Dragons are the best!

Easter 2012

Easter was not just a day for the Miller, but a multi-week EVENT! We hunted eggs at the church, baby showers, Easter brunches, and Easter dinners. We have so much candy that I think our dentist should write us a thank-you note. And to top it all
off, we have 4 new baby chickens!!! REAL babies this time! Easter-eggers is what they call them because they lay blue eggs! Happy Easter everyone!

Occupy Plantation

We hosted our own "Occupy Plantation" this weekend with our friends Steve, Sharon & Riley. We got out the dusty old tents that we hadn't seen since BC (Before Chasen) and had a great camping experience in our own backyard! Justin cooked burgers and dogs and we grilled smores over the firepit. I was so proud that Chasen slept through the night in his own tent! I can't say that I slept well with Sophia laying on top of me, but it was a great time with our great friends.
