Our little boy is growing up!

Chasen is really starting to grow up! Justin made him his first computer which he goes on and searches the internet with...well he plays on PBS Kids anyways! Of course, Justin had to make it a fun computer so he made it inside of a grill! Chasen also helps us cook now. He is a great help with cutting herbs and mixing Jell-o. Though why he has a hot-mitt on while stirring Jell-o is beyond me! He always wants to pour his own milk, but I never let him unless the carton is almost empty. He also likes to help out with his baby sister. Nothing quiets Sophia down like Chasen....putting a paci in her mouth! If the paci doesn't work he'll sing her his favorite song- "Up on the Housetop"! So I have a feeling I will soon have 2 kids singing Christmas songs all year long!

EASTER 2010

You know Easter was great when it takes me 3 days to recover enough to post pictures! There are too many pictures to blog about, so I will post them on Shutterfly for everyone to see.

Chasen racked up this Easter. Between the daycares and the friends and family, he got more candy than all Halloweens combined! I can't believe how much candy is in this house! Not good for a weak-willed mommy! I think I'm eating most of the candy! I just can't get enough of those marshmallow eggs....yum yum!

This week is Spring Break for me. I was ready for it after going back to work for two weeks. Of course, now I have to work seven weeks before summer vacation. Seven weeks seems like a lifetime. I just wish I could get over this exhaustion problem that I'm having. Even on the nights Sophia is sleeping through the night, I still feel exhausted. I can barely keep my eyes open some days. And the fact that I'm still tired even during spring break worries me as well. I had this horrible eye twitch the other day which I think was caused by lack of sleep. Not good!

On a good note, Justin and I finally got tile to do our backsplash in the kitchen, hey it's only been a year and a half since we got new countertops! Now we have to seal the tiles and then have them installed. How come I feel like it will be another year and a half to do that part? Wish me luck getting this done by Mother's Day!
