All Aboard!

Chasen has had a pretty fun Memorial Day weekend so far. On Saturday, we went up to Ikea because they were having this huge sale. Well, the rest of Atlanta heard about it too! It was PACKED! Justin just wanted a shelf but we ended up with a wooden train set and a cool play mat to put it on for Chasen. He loves it! (He is a big train fan for those who didn't know) We then went to the mall to have lunch and of course, took a train ride there again. Chasen's smile couldn't have been any bigger. He yelled "All Aboard!!!" the entire trip! He had so much fun, worth the $5 the mall charges per ride! Saturday night we went over to our friends' house for a pre-Memorial Day celebration. He had a blast there too. They had an air mattress out from a friend staying over and Chasen and the other kids just jumped and jumped and jumped. Tonight we are having both of Chasen's aunts over for hamburgers, so I'm sure he will get a kick out of bossing them around!

Everything has been going well here in Georgia. The weather is warm, and a tad bit hot on some days! We had our yard sale last week and had a good time. We ended up having a yard party when friends came over with drinks and we met a lot of our neighbors. I ended up with a bad sunburn but we made a decent amount of money. More importantly, we got rid of a bunch of junk! We are using the money to put up fencing beside our house where our land drops off into a cliff or "your future" as Justin likes to call it. We are still waiting on our Georgia tax refund to do some other house projects....where is it????

I have only one more month to work and then I'm off for the summer. Yeah! I am taking a class at GSU on Tuesdays and Thursdays and one online class. This is a light load, but I need a bit of a break! Plus, we plan to potty train Chasen this summer so I will need the extra time! Wish us luck with that!
