The Easter bunny came to our house last weekend and I have to say I'm glad Easter's over! As I blogged before, we went to a spring festival in old town. This past Saturday, we took Chasen to his first official egg hunt. Justin might be posting the video clip of this hunt soon! Chasen was happy to find the candy eggs and wanted to eat them ASAP. He didn't get the concept of finding as many eggs as he could. We then took him over to my parents where he shared an Easter dinner with my family. Justin and I went over to the Millers for an Italian themed meal. We started eating at 4:30 and didn't finish dessert until after 11:00 PM! I was very tired and grumpy the next day at work. We need to have the Monday off after Easter to recover!

Things are winding down at GSU. I finished my big 25 paper report. I only have to make a PowerPoint, poster, and present it to the class. Then, it's over! I have a quiz this week in my other class and a final the following week. I then don't have to attend classes until June. I will enjoy my month long break!

The CRCT starts next week at my work. After theses tests are over, school gets a little crazier. The students feel that the year is over, and in fact it is for the most part. We try to cover things that are needed or preview things they will see next year. But when the entire school year is centered around the CRCT, it makes anything else seem pointless. I hope to just make it through the last six weeks with my sanity and call it a year! The good news is that I have a job next year, most likely in the same department.

Bubble Boy Strikes Again!

Terror struck this afternoon in Old Town as Bubble Boy aka Chasen brought down the wrath of sticky-soapy bubbles on Innocent civilians at will. No one could escape the epic path of bubbles as Chasen blew and threw suds at the Spring Festival. Aunt Kim is recuperating at home and we hope she has a full recovery from this afternoon's events.
