That's Italian!

Thought I'd share this picture of Chasen Ford and his pasta! YUM! Things have been a little wacky with him this week. Friday Justin had to take him to the doctor because he had broken out in a rash all over his body. The doctor said it was most likely a food allergy, but what food we don't know. Between three households, it's hard to tell. We think it's a spice of some sort, but we may never find out! Or, we will realize it if it happens again. The doctor prescribed $50 worth of medicine and he's all better now! Through all this excitement, we missed something amazing happening inside his sweet little mouth! More teeth! We saw his upper right tooth coming in for weeks, and it finally poked through last week. But today, Justin and I looked inside his mouth to "awe" the new tooth, and he has the left upper tooth now, AND a bottom right tooth! We were shocked! When did these appear??? We never even saw them coming, though I have to admit Chasen has been chewing on both sides of his gums like crazy, wouldn't eat last week, and has been cranky. But we attributed that to the rash. It was most likely his new chompers! We are just so flabbergasted since his teeth in the past are a good 3-4 weeks apart coming in, not 3-4 days! So, now he has 5! And I wouldn't be surprised now if #6 is in very soon.
My birthday was Friday-the big 32! Justin and I went out to eat in Conyers at our favorite Japanese spot for sushi. It was nice, though I admit I really didn't want to eat out in Conyers. I miss living in Atlanta. There are so many good places to choose from. It's hard to make a decision because everything is so good! Here is Conyers, our Japanese restaurant is our ONLY choice because everything else is so bad! We would have gone out on Saturday but we had a wedding to attend for one of Justin's fraternity brothers. The wedding was nice, in downtown Atlanta at the Wimbash house. Of course, nothing can ever compare to your own wedding! It was strange to sit there and imagine what the bride and groom must be feeling. It seems like so long ago, but it's only been two years! So much has changed...but for the good! We left Chasen at home to be watched by my mom and sister. I wish I could say the same for other couples. One 18 month old girl screamed through the ENTIRE ceremony and even got into the middle of the aisle and started throwing a fit. I will never understand why her parents let it get that far. This couple will forever wonder what the priest was saying because it was hard to hear through a screaming child?!?
